JN_FB-001

JN_FB-001 is a totemic installation composed of waste materials covered in precious leathers, an allegory of archaeological fragments, relics or elements of (re)-construction. Rubble (concrete, plaster, cast iron, stone) of varying sizes, covered with latex foam and sheathed in leather, worked in the tradition of leather goods and boot-making. JN. Mellor Club explore the porosity between the useful and the futile, searching for poetry in the interstices of everyday life and transforming residue into preciousness, into fetish.
